polish and white fruits

A rather tasty and more 'intimate' bottling of one of Diageo's more obscure distilleries

with the youngest whisky distilled in 1976

One of the best examples of this often-overlooked distillery ever bottled

70cl / 43%

Isle of Harris is a tiny distillery in the Outer Hebrides and only released its first official single malt whisky

which eschews traditional maturation and only releases whiskies matured in more interesting and outlandish casks rather than the usual ex-bourbon or Oloroso sherry casks

and the assemblage benefited from a generous proportion of very high quality sherry casks

Maxime Trijol produce two XO cognacs - this Grande Champagne XO is the family's flagship in this category

Clear cereal notes

This 10-year-old Tormore 2010 was bottled by Douglas Laing without colouring or chill filtration from single cask 15312

while the grain whisky sweetens the malt
