I chose a photograph with a child embracing his father from behind. The man was holding a booklet in his lefthand (I replace it with a bottle of soda pop). When I put a baseball in his righthand (its empty in the photograph) a fitting title came to mind. I rendered the work with a monochromatic palette of Red +

And to get them (and the rest of the guitar’s details) to look hallway right was painstakingly tedious
