2022 Montee comes from three parcels across the vineyard

vanilla and sweet grain-cereal notes

The palate is not overly oaky but more on the dried citrus fruits

It’s richly textured and slightly oily

cheese board or burger

and a touch of mocha

clean acidity and cult-status balance locally

Cabernet Franc shines here with lifted aromatics

this is packed full of strawberry gum

What a perfect pitch of ripeness

We always get some blood orange here and even stone fruit like peach
