2023 Domaine Faury Côte-Rotie "Les 3 Brunes", Rhone Valley, FranceABOUT THIS WINE The vines are cultivated on steep slopes with a southern exposure (lieu dit Fourvier) and on high slopes with eastern and south eastern exposure (localities Le Plomb and L'Arselie). Harvested in 50 kg crates, the different plots are vinified and aged separately in order to best reflect the specificity of each terroir. Aging in demi muids for 18 to 20 months then mass assembly one month before bottling by gravity without filtration.
