Sonoma Distiller's Edition Cherrywood BourbonSonoma Distilling Co makes local and sustainable whiskey from non GMO grains grown in California, Canada, and Wyoming. They distill on direct fire heated copper alembic stills and age in open air barrel rooms in char level 3 new American Oak barrels. This seasonal release is bottled at 48% ABV. It is distilled from a mash bill of 67% corn, 20% rye, and 13% cherrywood smoked barley. Notes of maraschino cherry, smoke, allspice, and vanilla.
